Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
A 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48hrs of the scheduled appointment will be charged to the card on file.
Late policy:
Clients are given a 10min grace period. If you are more than 10min late your appointment will be cancelled and a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
Deposit Policy:
A deposit is required for most services. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Product Purchase Policy:
All sales are final on all skincare products. No refunds, no exchanges.
